An only one encounter in insufficient distance to an ordinary high power animal chaser can cause an acoustic shock with life long lasting hearing defect. Audible or inaudible. Further encounter will extend the defect. Deafness in very high frequencies may be a bagatelle but the progressing hearing loss and other aftereffects are definitively a fiasco. Responsible authorities and partly responsible others believed in unprovable. The medical way of evidence against bribed judges and media people is insuperable. But history proves that always is way to break unbreakable security. It is very easy to prove the design error and afterwards there is no way to prove that high power animal chaser don't even increase existing damage in no time.
The hazardousness of high frequency

If you understand that speed is a function of distance and time and that high speed stopping (car crash) creates far greater forces than low speed stopping (bumper car), then you are able to understand the dangerousness of animal chaser! Faster moving requires more force, consuming more of the sound energy. The very high tone of animal chaser is soon swallowed by air. Elephants communicate with less power but very low frequencies over distances 10 miles and more.

At same sound level also stereocilia in the inner ear are moved much faster at high frequency than at low frequency. Stereocilia cannot be moved with limitless speed. It is a physical rule. As higher the frequency as lower the maximal allowed loudness. Unfortunately with common but for animal chaser ineligible dB(A) the opposite is done. As higher the frequency as more loudness is allowed! So first animal chaser with "legal" technical data were already near force limit, newer animal chaser are even far above force limit causing stereocilia breaking off or even rooted out.

It is roughly based of the human threshold of hearing (Hörschwelle). However to recognize the danger crucial is the human threshold of pain (Schmerzgrenze). Only in the range of middle frequencies from music and speech this danger may also be appointed in dB(A). But surely not in the border areas of very low and very high frequencies. But as most people have no knowledge about dB(A) they believe information like threshold of hearing is 0 dB(A) and threshold of pain is 130 dB(A). If animal chaser are working in very high frequencies they are mostly not below but above the borderline of pain. Pain animates animals to run and babies to cry. A few experts are responsible for hearing loss in the whole population. They "prove" harmlessness of the devices and calculate in the border areas of low and high frequency in dB(A), creating results of allowed hearing times approximately 100'000x too high.

The descent of the "Schmerzgrenze" in the area of high frequency is explained above. Paradox seams the decent for low frequency. Not the area for receiving low frequency is in danger, the damage occurs in the areas of overtones created in the ear itself and can be explained with harmonic distortion.

Something not able to know and something not want to know is not exactly the same. Professional people had no chance to convince authorities or media to inform public entirely about what has happened and what is still happening. The Detailed German version turns away the responsibility from professionals to people able to inform the public, but not wanting to.

To explain the truth is simple. To explain a lie needs very complicated statements to make the audience something plausible that no one truly understands. For street noise and music more decibel mean more danger. The Swiss insurance SUVA declared for animal chaser it is the other way round. More decibel means less danger. Politicians, authorities and media decide what they want to tell to the citizens. In case of animal chaser they are slowly pushed into a responsibility far beyond they ever imagined.

Involved people may think it would be best if no man on the street complains about animal chaser in words. Children already deafened in early childhood for very high frequencies will later on never complain. So few individuals decided to destroy children ears. A lot of people didn't interrupt. By now few individuals are already aware of side effects, like ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) for one.

Everyone involved was first told the damage would affect only not needed ultra-high animal chaser frequencies. But this damage wanders slowly downwards into frequencies needed for music and speech.
